Master of Change and Organisational Resilience
Starts 25 February 2027. Lead your organisation through disruption without losing what matters. Change is constant. Resilience isn't about bouncing back, it's about building organisations that can move forward without losing coherence, culture, or purpose. This course is for the leaders already in the middle of it.
Master of Contemporary Education
Part 2 starts 18 Jan 2027 and part 1 starts 22 March 2027. Designed for educators, leaders and learning designers who want to rethink what learning can be, alongside people who care about it too. You’ll learn with a supportive community, share ideas, test your thinking and build the confidence to make meaningful change, without feeling like you have to figure it all out on your own.
Master of Technological Futures
Starts 25 February 2027. Understand the technology shaping your world. Then shape it back. This course equips senior leaders who need to make real decisions in a world that's changing faster than the briefings.
There are 3 parts to our Master programmes:
Deep dive into learning with industry experts on a range of topics including technology, ethics, leadership and organisational complexity in the context of change and resilience. Apply your learning to your practice and begin to reflect on and develop project ideas.
With support from both an academic advisor and an industry advisor, you’ll learn how to use research methods, work with stakeholders, evaluate evidence and consider ethics. You’ll use these skills to develop a clear research proposal based on a real-world challenge, ready to carry out in Part 3.
Put your research proposal into practice, supported by your academic and industry advisors. You’ll carry out your project, explore a challenge relevant to your field, and develop a practical outcome you can take forward.

The International Student Excellence Scholarship is awarded to those demonstrating academic excellence in previous study and a commitment to excelling in further study to continue their learning and have an impact in their organisation, communities and industries.
A scholarship of up to NZ$11,000 towards the tuition fees will be awarded to two international students to study a Master’s programme on-shore in New Zealand.
