Join us for a relaxed evening with your fellow academyEX Masters and Postgraduate alumni - full of good conversation, good company, and a little space to check in with yourself.
We’ll enjoy drinks and nibbles, followed by an energising session with our new Director of Learning, Debi, who’ll chat with Frances about why wellbeing matters more than ever in how we live, learn, and lead. She’ll also guide us through a light, reflective activity (inspired by the hauora model) to help you tune into what’s going on for you - think a mid-year WOF inside and out.
It’s a chance to reconnect, recharge, and leave feeling a little more in sync. We’d love to see you there!
