His career is a testament to his versatility, having jumped head first into Product Management, UX Research, Business Analysis, and Engineering. Dubbed a &#039;digital unicorn,&#039; Thom&#039;s broad skill set enables him to seamlessly integrate technology and strategic insight into academyEX&#039;s operations. Thom is particularly excited about the convergence of AI and human creativity in education. He envisions a future where AI-enhanced tools not only complement but elevate human potential, making significant strides in how we learn and teach. Outside of work, Thom is deeply involved in Auckland&#039;s community theatre scene, contributing his talents from painting sets and designing projections to stage managing.
