Sarah is a strategist, advisor & coach who helps teams and organisations navigate ideas, relationships and models for a changing world.
With an intersectional lived experience background and international career spanning four countries, three languages, and two continents, Sarah is most comfortable in the spaces in between and has worked with a range of organisations including the European Union, local government agencies, financial institutions, education providers and tech start ups. She founded and runs boutique design agency REFRAMR and the CX Collective, Aotearoa New Zealand’s professional community for leading organisational change towards customer.
