Mitali has strong public and private sector experience in early-stage commercialisation, particularly deeptech. Most recently, Mitali led the $150M Technology Incubator Programme at Callaghan Innovation, where she oversaw deeptech commercialisation through a Government partnership with technology incubators. Previously Mitali led the establishment of the ArcAngels Fund while at Icehouse Ventures. Mitali is passionate about working with ventures that have strong social and environmental impact and is a staunch supporter of female entrepreneurship

An award-winning entrepreneur, Melonie transitioned from senior roles in publishing and telecommunications to establish a boutique cybersecurity training venture. Her journey is a testament to how passion for communication and a desire to make a difference can lead to pioneering in the cybersecurity space

Katy’s pivot from HR to exploring the future of cities, and how business can embrace technology, exemplifies adaptability and the pursuit of growth. Her work focuses on developing mindsets that leverage technology and systems thinking to imagine new futures for generations to come. Katy is passionate about empowering females through technology, her masters was researching how technology could enhance work-life balance for female small business owners.
