She started out as an analytics practitioner before developing and leading technical teams in both consulting and industry (predominantly aviation &amp; logistics). She has developed a framework for implementing Responsible AI principles across the development lifecycle, served on the executive council of the AI Forum of NZ in 2024, and chaired the NZ AI Governance working group.<h5>Martin Ooi</h5>Martin is a data science and analytics practitioner with experience in applying statistical, machine learning and AI related approaches to various commercial challenges in a wide range of industries. He has also developed and led technical teams in consulting.
