With more than two decades across science, sustainability and industry innovation, Meeta brings both scientific depth and human-centred purpose to everything she leads.A chemist by training and a changemaker by instinct, she has held senior roles at organisations like NanoLayr, Zealafoam and Scion. Her work has spanned circular economy solutions, sustainable packaging and national research into microplastics.At academyEX, Meeta is the lead facilitator for the Leading Change for Good programme. She brings a calm, collaborative presence to every session and supports learners to design applied change that fits their values, their work and their communities.She is passionate about making science and technology accessible. When not teaching, she mentors, volunteers and gets involved in cultural initiatives that build inclusion and connection.
