Ana Ivanovic-Tongue
Ana is a versatile manager, organiser and director all rolled into one.
She oversees a portfolio of existing and new digital platforms projects from the start until the end. Throughout, Ana's focus is to ensure that the original 'why' and 'what' for every project is achieved through the 'how'. Her mission is to make sure the team is enabled to do what they do best, so she puts her effort behind ensuring the projects run smoothly without the kinks along the way. This includes good planning and making sure everyone is rowing towards the same North Star, to making sure money, risks, relationships and expectations are all managed across both stakeholders and partners.
At Ana's core, she has a passion for learning, innovation and collaboration, believing that creativity and critical thinking are key to navigating the changing world around us. She has a First Class Honours Bachelor of Arts degree in Art History as well as an AXELOS Managing Successful Programmes MSP, a PRINCE2 Foundation & Practitioner and a SA Partners Lean Practitioner.
Her claim to fame is that she once sold a painting to Lionel Richie and believes her top secret superpower is that she can simplify the complex and ambiguous, and make it comprehensible and clear. We're lucky to have her as part of our team at academyEX and know our special projects wouldn't run even half as smoothly without her organisation and planning.
