An evening for Migrant Women Entrepreneurs

We choose to see migration through a lens of power and possibility. But that doesn't mean we're blind to the challenges in front of us.

We know what it takes to make that call in a language that still isn't quite yours, how to calm your nervous system after someone's made you feel like you don't belong or try to keep it together when a client asks if you miss home.

What you can expect:

The event opens with a session from Marisa Gonzalez, an RTT (Rapid Transformational Therapy) and NLP (Neuro-linguistic programming) Master Practitioner who's spent years working with people who communicate in a second language, looking at what's really getting in the way when we try to speak with confidence. The evening finishes with a session led by Camila Paviani (Mia), reconnecting with your body. Mia works with movement, dance and breath to help people release tension, regulate emotion and reconnect to themselves, and she'll bring all of that into the room with us.

Drinks and nibbles to follow at the end of the event.
