If you’re enrolled in the Master of Contemporary Education starting in January, we will be sending you onboarding emails, using the address you used to enrol in the programme, throughout the holidays and into the new year to prepare you. You’re welcome log into the LMS to take a look around at our Support Page.
Assessments
Can I still submit my assessments?
Yes, if your due date is during the holidays or you have arranged a Special Assessment Circumstance (SAC), then yes, you can still submit your assessments to the LMS. Turnitin is also available and open during the holidays for you to submit your assessments.
I can’t upload my assessment, what should I do?
If, for any reason, you can’t upload your assessment to the LMS, please email your assessment to the relevant programme team. Any assessments emailed during the Christmas and New Years break will be considered submitted.
Help, I can’t get into Turnitin!
If you can’t log in to Turnitin, please remember we use the email address that you used when you enrolled in the programme. Remember to use Forgot Password if you haven’t saved your password.
If you still can’t submit to Turnitin and need to submit your assessment, please submit it to the LMS, or email your assessment to the programme team and we will add it to Turnitin in the new year.
How do I submit a Pass With Requirements [PWR] or an assessment resubmission?
You can re-submit your assessment through the Learning Management System. If the submission has closed please email your resubmission to your programme team.
When will I get my assessment results?
The team will not be marking over the Christmas and New Year break. If you submit your assessment after 1 December 2024 you will receive your results in the New Year.
The LMS
How do I access the LMS?
You can click here to login, or go to academyex.com, and click ‘Login’ in the top right corner of the page. Remember you must use the email address you used to enrol in the programme with to login and see your learning content.
The LMS has stopped working, what do I do?
If the LMS has gone down, our Dev team will have alerts and should be onto fixing any problems, but you’re welcome to contact us by calling (09) 964 4444.
